Dear PAMS Users,
We are excited to announce enhancements to the Department Worklist in PAMS.
The first enhancement is to the Closeout Packet worklist, which will improve visibility into closeout packets due to the home department and to EFM.
Below are the PAMS closeout type definitions:
Closeout Packet worklist enhancements:
- Only home closeout packets will be listed under the “Due to EFM” bubbles, and only Linked closeout packets will be listed under the “Due to Home” bubbles.
- Once a closeout packet is routed to the home department or EFM, the closeout packet will be removed from the “Due to Home” or “Due to EFM” worklists, respectively.
Secondly, information icons are added to the 3 sections on the dashboard. These provide descriptions for each worklist based on the worklist view selected by the user (e.g. My Action Required, My Responsibility, My Team’s Responsibility).
