Dear Colleagues,
We want to inform you that the release of the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 Effort Reports in the Effort Reporting System (ERS) has been rescheduled from the timeline previously communicated at the May 2025 RAF meeting.
The ERS system will be taken offline on the morning of Friday, June 6th, and reports will be released on Wednesday, June 18th. During this time, the system will remain offline. An announcement will sent on Wednesday, June 18th once the release is complete and the system is back online.
We recognize that this planned downtime is longer than usual, and is necessary to ensure the reports are loaded and generated efficiently as possible.
Please plan accordingly and address any urgent matters before the system goes offline.
