We’re excited to share the latest updates to PAMS, effective 9/26/2025.
Suspension Attachments Category
A new “Suspension” attachment category has been added to the Notes and Attachments page. EFM will use this category to store relevant documentation related to suspensions.
Advanced Deliverables Search – Overall Project Status
Users can now search for financial deliverables by Overall Project Status derived from PATS. For definitions of each status, visit the ORA Portal Glossary.
Quick Links to Training Resources
A new Quick Links dropdown in the PAMS header now provides easy access to PAMS FAQs and Training Resources on the EFM website.
Personnel Email Updates
The Personnel page has been updated to automatically populate email addresses based on the information stored in UCPath. This enhancement helps reduce errors and ensures consistency by preventing typos or outdated email addresses.
