Dear Department Administrators,
This message serves as a follow up to our prior announcement regarding the reporting of cost share for ECC project statements covering the reporting period April 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025. We are pleased to share the following updates:
Cost share has now been loaded into ECC for project statements where:
- The award snapshot indicates mandatory cost share and/or an unfunded effort requirement, and
- The signed cost share form and required backup was received prior to the deadline of Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
ECC Help removed the holds we placed at go-live for project statements with mandatory or voluntary committed cost share and they are now ready for certification. Deadline to certify these project statements is Friday, March 13, 2026.
If you have not yet submitted a cost share report to ECC Help for mandatory/voluntary committed cost share and/or unfunded effort for the ECC reporting period ending September 30, 2025, follow the guidance shared in the prior announcement to submit these documents as soon as possible.
