This is to inform you of upcoming changes to the project statement shown in the Employee Compensation Compliance (ECC) system effective for the October 2025 – March 2026 reporting period. After review, please certify the statement confirming that payroll charged directly to the award reasonably reflects the work performed.
- Project statements will display only payroll charged directly to the project fund.
- Payroll for cost share and salary over the cap will not be included in the project statement.
- Cost share certification will be completed through the existing cost share contribution report.
- Salary over the cap will be available in the payroll report.
