Project Statements for the October 2025 – March 2026 reporting period are now available in Employee Compensation Compliance (ECC). Automatic notifications were sent by the ECC application to Certifier’s (PIs) with their assigned Department Administrator (DA) in ECC copied today. The certification deadline is May 31, 2026.
Federal award terms (Uniform Guidance Subpart E §200.430) require institutions to maintain documentation confirming that the payroll costs charged reasonably reflect the work performed on the award. Certified ECC Project Statements serve as documentation for payroll expenses.
