Dear PAMS Users,
Effective Friday (9/6), the Fund Expiration Notice and Closeout Packet (COP) Notification emails will be sent to the Fund’s Department Contact in the Post Award Management System (PAMS) in addition to the Distribution List or Shared Mailbox stored in the Proposal Award Tracking System (PATS). The Principal Investigator (PI) will continue to be copied. These notifications are sent to remind the fund managers to take the necessary action(s) by the applicable deadline(s). Sample notifications are attached and more information regarding these notices can be found in the Financial Closeout of Sponsored Projects procedure on the EFM Website. More information regarding listservs can be found on the EFM Website under FAQ #3.1.
