New Feature: Deliverable-Level Document Download
Users can now download all documents associated with a financial deliverable with a single click, eliminating the need to download each file individually.
How it works:
- A download icon now appears in the financial deliverable documents pop-up window
- When selected, PAMS will download all associated documents as a ZIP folder. The downloaded ZIP folder will follow this naming convention: Fund-Deliverable Type-Deliverable Due Date
- Inside the ZIP file, there will be a subfolder named with the unique Deliverable ID generated by PAMS. All documents for that deliverable will be contained within that subfolder.
New Feature: Hyperlinked Sponsor Names
When a sponsor has documented requirements available in the Sponsor Details section of PAMS, the Sponsor Name on the Deliverables List header will now appear as a hyperlink. If requirements exist, users can simply click the hyperlink to be taken directly to the Sponsor Details page for that sponsor. This enhancement provides a clearer and more intuitive way for users to identify when sponsor‑specific guidance may apply to an award.
Please note that the Sponsor Details page does not replace the official terms and conditions of an award, nor does it supersede any supplemental documentation such as grantee handbooks or program-specific guidance. Its purpose is simply to provide a centralized, easy‑to‑reference summary to help streamline understanding of sponsor expectations. EFM will maintain and enhance this page on an ongoing basis, incorporating additional terms and conditions as they are identified.
