We’re pleased to share the latest updates in PAMS effective today, 5/2/25.
F&A/Review Adjustments
The “F&A/Review Adjustments” tab (formerly “Billing and Reporting”) is now integrated into PAMS. Previously, this page opened in a new browser tab. Now, it is accessible directly within the PAMS application, with no change in functionality. Please update any existing bookmarks or shortcuts to the “F&A/Review Adjustments” page with the new web address.
Sequential Closeout Packet Approval
As shared at the April 2025 RAF, closeout packets will now route in sequential order to the next approver in the assignment tree. This enhancement removes the need for users to manually select who an approved closeout packet should be routed to next, streamlining the approval workflow on the “Fund Balance and Approvals” page.
